Preserved Snowflake Cluster Display, 50mm Real Snowflake Capture, Multiple Snow
Own an extraordinary collection of real preserved snowflakes, gathered by hand during Colorado winter storms and preserved together in one 50mm display.
This one-of-a-kind piece contains multiple natural snowflake clusters, with approximately 50 individual snow crystals visible throughout the capture. Rather than preserving a single crystal, this piece holds a tiny gathering of winter weather in one place, revealing the incredible variety of shapes, fragments, branches, and formations that can fall within the same stretch of a Colorado winter.
Capture Dates: January 3–25, 2026
Location: Colorado
Display Size: 50mm
Estimated Snow Crystals: Approximately 50
Every snowflake in this piece formed naturally within the clouds before falling during winter storms between January 3 and January 25, 2026. Each was collected by hand below freezing and preserved before its delicate structure disappeared.
Snowflake preservation is a race against temperature, humidity, wind, light, and time. No two captures ever behave exactly the same, and pieces containing large clusters can preserve an especially beautiful record of a snowfall.
What I love most about these larger captures is that they show more than one perfect crystal. They preserve the snowfall itself. Tiny crystals overlap, branches meet, fragments gather, and dozens of completely individual structures become part of one larger composition.
No two snowflakes are ever exactly alike, making this approximately 50-crystal capture completely one of a kind.
Each piece includes its original Capture Certificate documenting the collection dates and location.
A unique piece of nature, science, and art for snow lovers, weather enthusiasts, nature lovers, collectors, or anyone fascinated by the geometry hidden inside a winter storm.
Every snowflake has a story.
